  • Purpose of SMS Communication: When you provide your phone number and opt-in to receive messages from Praevix AI, we use your mobile number exclusively to provide automated lead confirmations, project updates, schedule technical consultations, and respond directly to your inbound support requests.

3. How Users Control SMS Communications

We provide immediate, automated control mechanisms for our text messaging channels:

  • To Stop Messages (Opt-Out): You can cancel our text service at any time. Simply reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL directly to any text message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your keyword, we will immediately process your opt-out and send you a one-time SMS text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will receive no further text messages unless you proactively opt back in.
  • To Get Assistance (Help): If you require assistance or have questions about our messaging program, reply HELP directly to any text. The system will reply with customer care contact details and instructions on how to reach our support team.

4. Messaging Quiet Hours

To respect consumer privacy, Praevix AI strictly enforces messaging quiet hours. No automated marketing or outbound scheduling texts will originate from our systems between the hours of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM recipient local time. Web chat interactions occurring during these hours will be held for SMS delivery until the following morning.

5. Data Security & Encryption

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security controls to secure your personal data. Any conversational logs, third-party authentication tokens, or customer-identifying information handled by our backend architecture is encrypted at rest using envelope encryption configurations (specifically AES-256-GCM algorithms) to mitigate data exposure risks.
